Core Features

● Local & encrypted: every note is encrypted with AES-GCM before it touches IndexedDB. Your master password never leaves the device — nothing is ever uploaded.

● Fast editing: a Monaco-based editor with syntax highlighting and 1.5s auto-save; falls back to a plain editor when offline.

● Snapshots & backups: per-file version history plus encrypted .vlt export/import, so you can roll back or move your vault anytime.

Getting Started

  1. Unlock — enter a master password to open your vault. Different passwords open different spaces, so pick one and remember it.
  2. Create — use the sidebar to add a note, a folder, or upload a file. Right-click any item for more actions.
  3. Edit — changes auto-save 1.5s after you stop typing. A blue dot on a tab means unsaved edits are still pending.
  4. History — click 📸 to take a snapshot, 🕒 to view versions of the current file (up to 7 kept; lock 🔒 to protect one from auto-cleanup).
  5. Backup — Backup exports an encrypted .vlt file; Import restores one. Lock returns to the unlock screen.
  6. Theme — tap 🌓 to switch dark / light. The whole UI, including this panel, switches in the same instant.
